Arctic experience, flavour and traditional food preparation methods are characteristic of the three restaurants and the three-course dinner menus. The exquisite style of the Ice Restaurant tableware set on an ice table and frozen glasses used in the Ice Bar are simply stunning. And the hearty buffet breakfast of Log is a perfect start for the day! The blazing fire of Kota Restaurant creates a magical ambiance in the small kota shelter. The speciality dish of Kota Restaraunt is the mouth-watering glowfried salmon fillet. Kota also serves delicious lunch. Did you know that we also have a cocktail bar with a view of the sunset and Northern sky!
We also cater for large festive events and intimate dinner parties alike with the utmost professionalism. Although SnowHotel is remotely located outside of town, you won’t have to compromise any treats or delicacies.
All the meat products that are served at our restaurants are produced in Finland.
Prices are gross prices and include VAT at 14 %. Child prices are valid for kids 2-12-years old. Kindly notice that the menu prices below don’t include entrance ticket to SnowHotel. The persons, who are not overnight guests at Arctic SnowHotel & Glass Igloos are obligated to pay the entrance ticket as well as the menu price.

Ice Restaurant
The renowned Ice Restaurant of Arctic SnowHotel offers you unforgettable dinners whether you are just visiting the restaurant or a guest staying at the hotel.
You can also purchase a hotel visit that includes transfers from your hotel and back, a guided tour of SnowHotel and dinner at Ice Restaurant. For more detailed information about the package, see the Visit Experiences HERE!
Ice restaurant is located inside the SnowHotel, and is open between December 15th – March 31st, seatings at 17:30, 19:00, 20:30 – other times on request. Ice Restaurant can also be hired for parties.
Kota Restaurant
Kota Restaurant is located on the hotel’s lake shore, next to the lakeside sauna and takes up to 100 diners. Kota means a traditional shelter with an open fireplace in the middle. The blazing fire creates a magical ambiance inside the rustic yet modern restaurant space. The speciality dish of Kota Restaraunt is the mouth-watering glowfried salmon fillet. Salmon doesn’t get tastier than this!

Kota restaurant is open during Autumn season 1st of September – 19th of November seating at 19:00, and during Winter season 20th of November – March 31st seatings at 19:00 & 21:00.
Log Restaurant Lumikartano
Arctic design is characteristic for Log restaurant. The interior is adorned with wooden structures, creating an experience on it´s own. Log is located in the main building of the hotel area and it houses also the hotel reception. The reception area also has a unique bar and lounge area plus a small gift shop. Hotel guests enjoy breakfast at Log.
Log dinner is available every evening from November 6th to 31st of March, from 17:00 to 20:00.
Log Restaurant space is also an ideal venue for different events.
Ice Bar
At the Ice Bar you don’t order a drink with ice, you order a drink in ice. A frozen icy glass gives the drinks a totally new dimension and the experience is beyond compare. The ice walls of the bar also have odd, yet magnificent audio qualities. We will definitely get your feet tapping, and you are sure to keep on smiling in the Ice Bar.
The Ice Bar is located inside the SnowHotel and open multiple times during a day between December 15th – 31st of March.
(All but overnight guests at Arctic SnowHotel & Glass Igloos are obligated to buy the entrance ticket.)
Sky Bar
Our newest addition to our restaurants is Sky bar which is located in the same building with Kota Restaurant and was completed in 2018.
Sky bar opens up in the afternoon and closes later in the evening: groups can request for other times or can book this in private use. When it is dark and the sky is clear, head to the second floor to catch those Northern Lights.
From 28th of November to 31st of March Sky bar is open between 16:00-24:00, and from 1st of September to 27th of November Sky bar is open between 19:00-21:00 (with bar services available from Kota restaurant).
